Nap Wisdom - To LTF
My mother's last word on naps (I mentioned naps to her when I told her you had been on the phone; she said to "Oh! Be sure and tell [you] 'Hi!'") was, "They are why I get up in the morning." The funny thing about this is, when she sleeps through the entire morning and stays up through the afternoon and evening I can count on her saying, through a yawn, at some point before the News, "I know why I'm so tired, I didn't get a nap today."
