Getting Used to It - To LTF

Is Mom getting "better"? I guess so. Her blood sugar is coming down slowly, although 'they're' still experimenting with types and dosages of medication. She's still sleeping a lot but when she's up she's much more aware than she was. After all this time of reminding everyone else that she's old I'm having to remind myself.
I, however, shut down for, let's see, it's been since Sunday; so, four days now. I unplugged the phone, didn't go out except to get the newspapers and the mail, fooled around on the net, put up more material on two sites, worked on a page design with CSS that is eluding me so I've decided to change the design but now I'm playing around with drawing a crane...Mom has seemed okay with my shut down although I feel a little guilty about it. She's getting her medication and I'm monitoring what she eats and she's making her hair appointments. I'm just not talking to anyone. I may plug the phone back in tomorrow. We could use a trip to the grocery although we're doing okay depleting our stores. I have no idea what condition the house in Prescott is in although I'm sure we'll be up there soon. I'm looking forward to it. I'm having trouble facing it though, making it happen.
